Are there parts of the Bible that you don’t read? Do you find yourself floating from book to book in your personal readings? Are there often times when reading the Bible depends on whether or not you have spare time to do so?
If you answered yes to any of the above, then adopting a reading plan could be a real help to you. There are lots of excellent plans available—here we have included a route through the Word that many of the Christians who meet here have used. It has been made available in both a one and two year format—this roughly equates to three and two chapters a day respectively. Decide what you can realistically manage to read and organise yourself so that you build it into your daily routine.
Remember Christ’s own words: “man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God” (Matthew 4:4)
